Fee for participation in the Conference, to include accommodation required (double or single), for three nights and days, all meals from 1^st May PM to 4^th May PM, participation in study day and simultaneous translation (French - English) in business session, and a trip to Ghent on Saturday evening.

All rooms have two single beds with en suite shower, quite small but fine for single occupancy. The price is the same whether you choose a single or shared room:  €285

If you arrive on Thursday morning, €14 for lunch (12:30) on Thursday must be added to the price.

You can also arrive Wednesday (only between 16 and 19 hours) or stay until Monday morning.  The price of one night + breakfast is €30, the price of an evening meal is €10
